"summary": "Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has criticized President Donald Trump's announcement of a deal to import Russian diesel, calling it a \"gift to Putin\" and an investment in the ongoing war. The deal allows for the immediate release of 300,000 tonnes of Russian diesel into the US market, followed by additional shipments in November and March. However, analysts have questioned whether Russia can provide such a large quantity of diesel and whether it will significantly impact US pump prices. The move has drawn criticism from European allies and pro-Ukraine politicians in the US who argue that it funds Moscow's war machine.",
