"account": "In a problematic Week 5 matchup against the New York Jets, Cleveland Browns quarterback Geno Smith had ample time during the Jets' opening drive, which concluded with a touchdown from wide receiver Garrett Wilson. On Cleveland's subsequent offensive play, offensive tackle Tytus Howard suffered an injury but managed to return to the field after a brief period. Following that incident, wide receiver KC Concepcion, the intended target of a pass from quarterback Deshaun Watson, was struck in the head by former Pittsburgh Steelers safety Minkah Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick had a history of controversy with the Browns, notably for his helmet-to-knee hit that ended RB Nick Chubb's season years earlier. Fitzpatrick initiated contact with Concepcion's helmet and shoulder, leading to two personal foul penalties on the play. Following the hit, Concepcion got up and continued walking off the field, but Cleveland decided to rule him out for the game due to a head injury as he entered the locker room.",
