"account": "The African Unified Movement (AUM) is pledging to prioritize service delivery in Thaba Chweu for the upcoming local government elections. The party, which secured a seat in the municipality during the 2021 election, is vying for 14 wards in Thaba Chweu and 31 in Bushbuckridge. AUM's presidential candidate and Thaba Chweu mayoral candidate, Peter Makhubela, emphasizes the importance of addressing water and electricity concerns. Makhubela highlights the dire need to formalize informal settlements and boost the municipality's revenue. Meanwhile, independent candidate Njabulo Nhlebeya from Msholozi outside White River has also announced his candidacy. Nhlebeya pledges to rescue Ward 14 of the City of Mbombela Municipality from ongoing service-delivery struggles. Nhlebeya underscores the critical need to resolve issues of roads, water, electricity, and local economic development to benefit the community.",
