"account": "At the inauguration of Shivamogga Dasara on Sunday, the full rendition of Vande Mataram drew criticism from Congress leaders, who decided to leave the programme. The singers invited to perform the invocation sang the entire national song, despite the State government's restriction to only the first two stanzas at their events. Following the national anthem, H.C. Yogesh, president of the District Congress Committee, objected to the full rendition, stating that the program was part of the State government's events and should have adhered to the two-stanza limit. Expressing his support for the event, Mr. Yogesh left the programme. K. Chetan, chairman of Karnataka State Textile Infrastructure Development Corporation, and other Congress leaders also exited the stage. This issue has been a contentious matter in Shivamogga in recent weeks. BJP legislator Channabasappa similarly walked out of a district administration program on September 15, requesting the full Vande Mataram be sung after only the initial stanzas were performed. He made the request in the presence of Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar during a meeting on the Kasturirangan report in Thirthahalli on September 19.",
