"summary": "BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has criticized SpaceX CEO Elon Musk over Starlink's proposed entry into India's satellite communications market, emphasizing the need for affordable internet connections for the poor in the United States first. Dubey raised concerns over potential security threats posed by Starlink, stating that India's Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Home Affairs, and investigative agencies had raised similar concerns in 2013-14. He emphasized that India's national security would take precedence over commercial interests and that the country would not compromise its security policies under pressure or social media.",
