"summary": "The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs in Qatar has successfully completed the first phase of a sign language training program aimed at empowering its customer service staff to better communicate with the deaf, hard of hearing, and individuals with speech difficulties. The program, which targets 26 administrative employees, is divided into two phases, with the second scheduled for October 18-22. Participants will undergo a practical field application period between the phases to apply their newly acquired skills in real-world scenarios. This initiative is in line with the Ministry's commitment to developing human capital and promoting inclusivity, as well as supporting the broader goals of Qatar National Vision 2030 to empower persons with disabilities and improve their access to government services. Director Mohammed Hassan Al Malki emphasized the importance of investing in employee skill development for institutional excellence, and noted that the program will be overseen by an accredited expert in sign language.",
