"summary": "US President Donald Trump has called for a change in Ukraine's leadership, suggesting that President Volodymyr Zelensky should be replaced. According to France 24, Trump criticised Zelensky for Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries, which have contributed to high diesel prices in the US ahead of the midterm elections.\n\nTrump defended his decision to ease sanctions on Russian diesel exports, which has sparked disagreement between Washington and Kyiv. The move has been criticised by Europeans, with ERR News Estonia describing the agreement's moral and political consequences as \"extremely damaging\" to the US in the long run.\n\nThe dispute has increased tensions between the US and Ukraine as energy prices rise. Trump told reporters that he had advised Zelensky not to hit Russian refineries, and expressed his belief that it's time for Ukraine to get a new president who would agree to end the war.",
