"summary": "Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine is prepared to halt strikes on Russian oil refineries if Moscow stops targeting Ukrainian energy infrastructure. This statement comes after US President Donald Trump publicly urged Zelensky to stop targeting Russian refineries. According to Zelensky, any de-escalation requires reciprocal commitments and verifiable guarantees.\n\nRussia has continued to launch attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure and residential buildings. Over the week, Russia launched roughly 1,450 glide bombs, 75 missiles, and over 1,640 drones. In the past day, at least two people were killed and 25 others injured across Ukraine. Various regions reported casualties and damage, including Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Donetsk Oblast, Kyiv Oblast, Kharkiv Oblast, Kherson Oblast, and Sumy Oblast.\n\nDonald Trump has criticized Zelensky, suggesting that Ukraine needs a new leader who can make a deal to end the war with Russia. Trump also sparked controversy with a deal with Russian President Vladimir Putin to buy large amounts of Russian diesel, which Zelensky called a \"gift\" to Putin.",
