"summary": "The Plateau State chapter of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, MACBAN, has lifted a temporary ban on the suspension of cattle movement to the Kara Livestock Market in the Bukuru area of the state. The ban was placed on October 6 following an attack on traders returning from the market, where gunmen opened fire on a commercial vehicle, resulting in the death of one person and seven others being injured. The suspension was initially set to last until October 20, but after receiving appeals from the Fulani community, MACBAN rescinded its decision and announced that the ban has been lifted with immediate effect. The decision was made based on humanitarian grounds and in response to the genuine needs of the members, while also urging them to remain vigilant and cooperate with security agencies.",
