"account": "PUTRAJAYA, Oct 11 — The Ministry of Digital is ramping up efforts to bolster Malaysia's digital ecosystem and workforce, as part of the nation's goal to become an AI Nation by 2030, according to Budget 2027 announcements. The initiative involves training and certifying 5,000 AI professionals to upgrade the sector's workforce, while the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) will support 4,000 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in adopting AI technology and automating operations. To attract talent, the government has extended the DE Rantau Nomad Pass for two more years, allowing existing holders to continue working remotely in the country. An extra 100,000 free subscriptions to AI applications like ChatGPT will also be provided to broaden public access to the technology, particularly among youths. The budget, themed \"Menggapai Di Langit, Mengakar Di Bumi\" (Reaching for the Skies, While Anchored on Our Values), reflects the government's commitment to driving digital transformation in an inclusive Malaysia Digital framework.",
