"account": "Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, has urged Ndigbo to undergo a significant mindset shift for the collective advancement of their community. At the TEDxEnugu conference, Soludo emphasized the need to move away from individual efforts towards structured collective institutions. He pointed out that while Ndigbo individuals are succeeding globally, there is a lack of unity that prevents their individual achievements from leading to significant collective progress. Soludo suggested a transition from the \"Okonkwo and Sons\" model to \"Enugu Plc\" to highlight the shift towards organized enterprise. He highlighted the importance of reconnecting with the homeland, as over half of the Igbo population resides outside the South-East region. Soludo called for the development of economic powerhouses and stressed the significance of acquiring high-value knowledge, skills, and strategic alliances. He also urged youth involvement in public affairs, encouraging them to prioritize public service as a noble pursuit. The governor concluded by expressing confidence that by focusing on collective enterprise, talent development, and homeland investment, the Igbo story will transcend physical and economic borders.",
