"summary": "Ukrainian drones struck a major Yandex data center in Vladimir, Russia, causing widespread disruption to over 80 digital services and cloud infrastructure components. The attack, which targeted a 40-to-50-megawatt facility in the city's Energetik district, forced the suspension of operations and resulted in outages across various systems, including Compute Cloud, Object Storage, Managed Kubernetes, and databases such as PostgreSQL and ClickHouse. The disruptions extended to third-party commercial platforms, affecting services like banking applications, ride-hailing platforms, and retail chains. The Russian Defense Ministry reported that Ukrainian fixed-wing drones were intercepted across 16 Russian regions, including Vladimir, in response to the strikes.",
