"account": "President Isaac Herzog conveyed his gratitude to Captain Smit Machchhar, the courageous Indian pilot of flydubai flight, for his heroic actions in thwarting a hijacking attempt. In a letter to Machchhar, Herzog expressed his hope for the pilot's speedy recovery and invited him to Jerusalem to receive the nation's appreciation and affection. Herzog commended Machchhar's judgment and bravery during the ordeal, highlighting the strength demonstrated by the pilot in overcoming the life-threatening situation. The Israeli leader also drew a parallel between Machchhar's actions and those of Indian soldiers who fought for the liberation of cities in the Holy Land over a century ago, asserting that Machchhar would become an integral part of Israel's history. During a recent phone conversation with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Machchhar recounted his determination to overpower the attacker and regain control of the aircraft. He stated that he utilized the last of his strength to open the cockpit door when the Omani co-pilot launched an assault to hijack the plane, ultimately saving his life. Upon completing his call with Netanyahu, Machchhar expressed his eagerness to meet the Israeli dentist who had saved him during the incident once he had fully recuperated.",
