"summary": "The Russian government has partially lifted a ban on diesel exports with immediate effect. According to Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, production volumes are sufficient to meet both domestic demand and exports to the global market.\n\nThe move follows an agreement between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump for Russia to supply the US and global markets with diesel. However, not everyone is supportive of the deal. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has criticized the agreement, and some US Republicans have also voiced objections.\n\nZelenskyy has also faced criticism from Trump, who suggested that Ukraine needed a new leader. Trump made the comments after announcing the diesel supply deal with Russia, which has drawn sharp rebukes from Zelenskyy and some US lawmakers.",
