"summary": "Pakistan has demanded an immediate halt to ongoing missile and drone attacks by the Houthi militia targeting Saudi Arabian civilian and economic infrastructure. The attacks have been condemned by various countries and organizations, including the Muslim World League.\n\nAccording to reports, a recent attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh killed at least 12 people and wounded over 300 others. The Houthi militia claimed responsibility for the strike. The victims included nationals from several countries, including Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, the US, Jordan, Palestine, Syria, Sudan, and Egypt.\n\nPakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif condemned the attack, reiterating the country's commitment to Saudi Arabia's security under the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement. The agreement, which also includes Turkiye, aims to strengthen collective deterrence and empower its signatory states to treat an attack against one of them as an attack against all of them. The US has also weighed in, with President Donald Trump saying that Washington was considering joining Saudi Arabia's strikes against Yemen's Houthi rebels. The US Mission in Saudi Arabia has issued a security alert, urging American citizens to avoid King Khalid International Airport and surrounding areas.",
