"account": "The Ogun State Government has arrested and charged a suspected land grabber, Najeem Osolake, following a report by Sunday PUNCH. Damilola Adisa, a businesswoman, alleged that Osolake threatened to seize her late father's property in Ibafo area due to her valid documents and the burial site of her father on the land. Initially, the Ibafo Police released Osolake after he couldn't produce documents and threatened the police. However, after Sunday PUNCH reported the case, the Commissioner for Justice and Attorney-General, Oluwasina Ogungbade, ordered the arrest of Osolake. The state task force, after his arrest, charged him to court. Osolake was remanded for 60 days and later settled out of court following his children's pleas. They signed undertakings that he would not disturb the owners. Osolake's children undertook to cease any further trespass or threats on the property. Sunday PUNCH played a crucial role in bringing the case to light, leading to justice for Adisa.",
