"account": "Okinawans are expressing anger and frustration following the arrest of a US marine on suspicion of killing a 39-year-old woman at a hotel in Naha, Japan. Police allege the marine choked the woman to death and stole her wallet. The incident has reignited controversy over the heavy US military presence on the island. Local woman Takako Kakazu stated her desire for the American soldiers to leave, as she feels the constant presence of troops results in suffering for Okinawan women. The case has caused public outrage and prompted Japan's premier to condemn the \"heinous crime.\" While some acknowledge the economic benefits of US military presence, such as the $5% annual contribution to the region's income, residents are frustrated with repeated incidents involving US forces.",
