"account": "Finnish Prime Minister Juha Sipilä has labeled the recent Russian-American deal involving diesel fuel supply as a \"terrible disappointment,\" according to Ukrinform. The agreement, which was announced by U.S. President Donald Trump on October 9, involves Russia supplying 300,000 tonnes of diesel fuel to the global market immediately, with additional deliveries of 500,000 tonnes in November and another 1 million tonnes soon after. Russia has pledged to release an additional 3 million tonnes of diesel fuel onto the market.\n\nHowever, Sipilä expressed concern over the relatively small portion of U.S. consumption that the agreed volume represents. He raised doubts about the full delivery of the fuel and suggested that the deal would not significantly impact the United States or the global market. Instead, he urged Europe to take more decisive action and impose additional sanctions on Russia.\n\nUkrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky criticized the deal, stating that gifts to Russian President Vladimir Putin will not contribute to achieving peace.",
