"account": "Delhi's High Court has instructed actor Amitabh Bachchan to appear in person if a personality rights case remains unresolved and he decides to continue his legal battle. Justice Purushaindra K Kaurav issued the directive after receiving news that an amicable settlement had been reached with certain defendants through mediation, though it couldn't be officially signed due to logistical challenges on Bachchan's part. The court granted the actor additional time to finalize the necessary paperwork and record the formal agreement. The court has set the next hearing for November 16. The High Court emphasized that if a settlement is not reached or is incomplete, Bachchan would be required to personally attend court if he wishes to pursue his claims. This requirement enables the court to exercise its powers under the Code of Civil Procedure and Section 168 of the Bombay Stock Exchange Act. Section 168 grants a judge the authority to inquire about any fact they deem necessary.",
