"summary": "US President Donald Trump has said that Ukraine needs a new leader. He made these comments amid growing tension between Washington and Kyiv. According to This Day, Trump expressed frustration with Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelensky's recent military strikes on Russian oil refineries, which have contributed to high diesel prices in the US.\n\nTrump reportedly told reporters at the White House that he had advised Zelensky to avoid targeting refineries, saying it would cause global problems. He stated that Zelensky \"wants to make problems for the world\" by continuing to authorise attacks on Russian refineries. Trump suggested that Ukraine should \"get a new leader who can make a deal\".\n\nThe US and Russia have recently agreed to suspend sanctions on Russian diesel exports until April, a move that Zelensky criticised as allowing Moscow to fund its military efforts. The diplomatic tension between the US and Ukraine comes as Russia and Ukraine have intensified their strikes on each other's energy and logistics targets.",
