Standing at an impressive 7.0 feet tall, the 7-foot giant from Nandom Piina, Upper West Region, is an undeniable presence. Locals call him to the front seat of trotros, children stop and stare, and adults often capture a quick photo to remember the towering stranger. Ephraim, a recent graduate from Abakrampa Senior High School in the Central Region, has a simple dream that he passionately pursues: to become a member of Ghana's national basketball team and bring home a trophy for his country. While he may not yet be known nationally, Ephraim's unique physical gift and ambition have made him a local celebrity in Ngleshie Amanfro, symbolizing the potential for sports success in Greater Accra.",
