"account": "Fans of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) are growing increasingly vocal in their demand for the return of former head coach Nurudeen Aweroro. The Ibadan-based team is currently facing a challenging period in the 2026/27 Nigeria Premier Football League season under the management of Salisu Yusuf. This dissatisfaction was especially evident after Matchday 7, when a segment of the club’s supporters openly expressed their disappointment with the team's underwhelming start. With the team having only managed seven points from their first seven matches, they currently find themselves in the 17th position on the league table, although they still have one match remaining.\n\nIn a video widely shared among supporters, fans passionately called for a complete overhaul of the technical team and the immediate reinstatement of Aweroro. Last season, under Aweroro's guidance, 3SC achieved a commendable fifth-place finish after collecting 11 points from the same number of matches. Moreover, during the 2025/26 campaign, Aweroro led the club to a third-place position, which resulted in securing the club's first continental ticket in 27 years and a spot in the 2026/27 CAF Confederation Cup. He resigned from his position at 3SC in August, after serving a tenure of 280 days.\n\nMany fans feel that the current results do not match the performance levels set during Aweroro's time with the team. They are urging the club's management to take immediate action to rectify the situation and prevent the continued decline in performance. As the season unfolds, Yusuf is under mounting pressure to turn the fortunes of the team around and regain the trust and enthusiasm of the club's supporters.",
