"account": "McLaren team principal Andrea Stella firmly stated that he will not allow drivers to prioritize their egos over the team's interests following a collision during the Singapore Grand Prix sprint race. This incident occurred between teammates Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, who drove their McLarens into each other on the final lap of Saturday's sprint race. The collision resulted in both cars spinning out, with Norris dropping to eighth place and Piastri failing to finish, thereby earning McLaren only one point instead of the nine they would have earned.\n\nStella emphasized that the team's unity and collective success are paramount, reminding both drivers that putting the team's interests before personal ambitions is non-negotiable. Following a grueling day, Stella addressed the matter with Norris and Piastri. He reiterated the team's stance, stating that \"There's no ego, there's no person that's bigger than the interest of the McLaren F1 team.\" Norris had initially defended his overtaking move, believing it to be a legitimate attempt to pass Piastri. However, the stewards did not penalize Norris for the collision, as they concluded that both drivers contributed to the incident equally.",
