"account": "Arnaud Valli, a representative of Comand AI, a firm specializing in AI software for military planning, commented on the Ukraine–France Forum in Paris regarding Europe's role in Ukraine's defense. He emphasized that Europe serves as Ukraine's strategic rear, with much equipment support happening outside Ukraine. Valli highlighted that power outages in cities like Kyiv impact Ukrainian manufacturers despite their adaptability. He urged European firms to collaborate based on Ukrainian expertise, noting the value of Ukrainian engineers working in stable environments outside war zones. Valli warned that Europe must prepare for a potential 'armed peace' and strengthen Ukraine's defense, fearing potential loss of orders, engineers, and drone technology if hostilities cease. He stressed the need for cooperation, suggesting that Ukraine can offer Europe valuable contributions. Valli anticipates Russia will continue expanding its military production, advocating for an 'armed peace' based on deterrence through sufficient weapons stockpiles.",
"summary": "Europe is already serving as Ukraine’s strategic rear, and deterring Russia after the fighting ends will require expanding joint defense production with Ukrainians and preparing for an “armed peace.”",
