"summary": "Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has condemned a diesel agreement between the United States and Russia after fresh Russian strikes killed 15 people in Ukraine, including three children, in the southeastern Zaporizhzhia region. According to Ukraine's National Police, Russia targeted residential neighbourhoods in Zaporizhzhia with five guided aerial bombs.\n\nZelensky accused Moscow of responding to sanctions relief with deadly attacks on residential buildings. He also criticised the US decision to let Russian diesel reach world markets, saying the money from fuel sales would intensify the war.\n\nThe strikes occurred after US President Donald Trump announced a deal for Moscow to supply fuel, which Zelensky described as a \"gift\" to Russia's president. The Ukrainian president predicted that Russia would use the money raised from fuel sales to invest in its war.",
