"account": "A Phoenix mother is seeking witnesses after her seven-year-old daughter sustained serious injuries to her hand while using the toilets at Blue Lagoon. The incident allegedly occurred on Sunday, October 4, when Priya Bernard's daughter asked to use the toilet. Bernard claims that as she rushed to the bathroom, she heard a scream and found her daughter crying and bleeding. The mother stated that she saw a woman push past her daughter to enter the toilet, causing the door to slam onto her finger. Bernard had booked an Uber to take her daughter to the doctor, but the ladies at the Blue Lagoon bridge refused to help, turning around and yelling at her. She eventually took her daughter to the hospital, where she was referred for X-rays and further treatment. Bernard hopes that making the incident public will help identify the woman responsible and hold her accountable.",
