"account": "Estonian Prime Minister says EU should debate increasing aid to Ukraine, aiming to destroy Russian oil refineries. He believes the recent deal between the U.S. and Russia to supply diesel fuel to the global market is a \"major miscalculation\" and runs counter to the West's policy of restricting Russia's revenues from energy exports. The Estonian leader stresses that the strategy of reducing Russia's revenues must continue, and calls for discussing the possibility of contributing more aid to Ukraine at the European Council next week. Trump's deal with Putin, aimed at lowering fuel prices, involves supplying several million tons of Russian diesel fuel to the global market, but Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warns that such gifts to Putin will not bring peace.",
"summary": "Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal has sharply criticized the U.S. decision to strike a deal with Russia on diesel fuel supplies and wants the European Council to discuss additional aid for Ukraine to enable it to destroy Russian oil refineries.",
