"account": "A Nigerian man employed to canvass for a Democratic congressional campaign in Pennsylvania has been apprehended by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) following a guilty plea for disorderly conduct stemming from an allegation of public indecency. According to the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the individual's name is Chimaobim Adedayo Igbojekwe. This was announced in a DHS statement on October 7, 2026.\n\nThe arrest of Igbojekwe took place in East Pennsboro Township, Pennsylvania, on September 27, in connection with charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. He ultimately pleaded guilty to the disorderly conduct charge. The DHS disclosed that he was apprehended on October 1, following his conviction.\n\nThe Department of Homeland Security (DHS) identified Igbojekwe as working for Janelle Stelson, the Democratic nominee for Pennsylvania’s 10th congressional district, at the time of the incident. According to the DHS, he was discovered \"with his trousers off and exposing himself in a residential neighbourhood near a park where residents, including children, were present.\"\n\nICE Deputy Director Charles Wall expressed his disapproval of Stelson's decision to employ Igbojekwe on her campaign team. Wall described the situation as \"unbelievable\" and criticized the Democratic nominee for hiring an \"illegal alien to work on a Congressional campaign, let alone a pervert who exposed himself in public.\" Wall emphasized that the men and women of DHS are dedicated to targeting and removing \"dangerous illegal aliens like this sicko from our communities.\" He stated that the Trump Administration remains committed to prioritizing the safety of the American people.",
