"summary": "A Nigerian canvasser for a Democratic congressional campaign in Pennsylvania has been arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after pleading guilty to a disorderly conduct charge related to a public exposure incident. Chimaobim Adedayo Igbojekwe was working for Janelle Stelson, the Democratic nominee for Pennsylvania's 10th congressional district, when the incident occurred. ICE Deputy Director Charles Wall criticized Stelson for employing Igbojekwe, stating that it was \"unbelievable\" for her to do so. Igbojekwe had been granted deferred action by the Biden administration in September 2021, but remained in the country after his authorized stay expired in 2019.",
