"account": "Singapore's Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, Grace Fu, has stated that the country is prepared to help Indonesia in containing forest fires, as reported by a wire service on October 10. Fu mentioned that the current El Nino is causing very dry weather in the region, making it challenging to extinguish fires. She expressed her support for Indonesia's Minister of Environment, Jumhur Hidayat, and thanked him for his efforts in tackling the fires. Fu also highlighted her commitment to regional cooperation on addressing haze issues.\n\nConcerning Singaporeans' health during the haze situation, Fu mentioned that the situation worsened due to increased hot spots in Sumatra and Kalimantan, along with unfavorable wind conditions. Although some rain is expected over the weekend, she warned that haze levels could surpass 200, reaching the \"Very Unhealthy\" range. To manage such circumstances, the Haze Task Force has prepared measures that would be activated if the levels reached that stage.",
