"account": "Lima, Peru - Businessman Hitler Mussolini Simeon Flores, who bears the same name as infamous European dictators, has been elected mayor of Queropalca, a remote district in the Peruvian Andes, according to local election data. At 45 years old, Flores will assume office on January 1, 2024. The left-wing Ahora Nacion party candidate secured 229 votes out of a total 663 cast in the October 4 elections, as reported by the National Office of Electoral Processes. His nearest competitor, far-right challenger Gaspar Osorio, garnered 204 votes. Flores, who operates in the freight transportation sector, was previously associated with Peru's right-wing President Keiko Fujimori's party, Popular Force, until 2025. Despite the resemblance to Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler, several candidates named Hitler have won elections in Peru. For instance, physician Hitler Saavedra Casternoque won a parliamentary seat in 2021 for the centrist party Somos Peru, and Hitler Alba Sanchez served as mayor of the Andean district Yungar in 2018.",
