"account": "Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi, a senior All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, has dismissed reports claiming that former Zamfara Governor Abdul’aziz Yari is backing Bilyaminu Yusuf Shinkafi as the African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate for Zamfara State governor. The allegation surfaced following Yari's appointment as Director-General of President Bola Tinubu's re-election campaign council. Shinkafi clarified in a statement that the ADC candidate is a cousin of Yari's wife, making him a family member rather than a political ally. He accused political opponents of spreading false information to tarnish Yari's reputation. Shinkafi also denied that eight suspended lawmakers in Zamfara State House of Assembly were friends of Yari, clarifying that they were suspended for gross misconduct and other offenses.",
