"account": "DUBAI: Police in India's Punjab state have apprehended father Harpal Kashyap and his son Rahul in connection with the beheading of 22-year-old Vishal. The motive appears to be retaliation for the death of Harpal's other son, Bablu, which occurred approximately a month prior. The pair were detained on October 9 following the discovery of Vishal's decapitated body near Nature Park in Zirakpur's Peermuchhalla area. Harpal suspected Vishal and his family of being involved in Bablu's demise. The murder is believed to have taken place on the night of October 7–8. Vishal's wife, Roli, and their 10-month-old son are currently missing. Roli had ventured out to purchase milk, but never returned. Vishal ventured into a nearby restaurant to search for them, where he encountered one of the suspects who allegedly participated in the search, posing as assistance. Vishal's severed head was discovered three feet from his corpse by a morning walker on October 8. Authorities have registered a murder case under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and are actively seeking additional suspects and the weapon utilized in the fatal act.",
