"account": "Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi emphasized the need for tahfiz graduates to have opportunities to pursue careers in technology, engineering and medicine to meet the country's evolving workforce needs. He stated that tahfiz education should not solely focus on Quran memorization, but also provide graduates with the necessary knowledge, skills and qualifications to succeed in various professional fields. Zahid, who chairs the National Tahfiz Council, highlighted the importance of AI, the digital economy and high technology in modernizing tahfiz education. He asserted that tahfiz graduates must receive support from the government, tahfiz institutions, universities, and industry to ensure smooth progression after completing their studies. Additionally, he welcomed the increased allocation for Islamic affairs, pondok schools, tahfiz institutions, and people's religious schools in Budget 2027, as well as improved allowances for religious teachers and mosque personnel.",
