"account": "Mumbai's cricket legend, Wasim Jaffer, has expressed his disbelief and concern over Yashasvi Jaiswal's recent decision to venture into wicket-keeping ahead of the 2026-27 domestic season. Jaiswal, a left-handed Test batter, has been spotted donning the gloves recently, prompting online discussions about his move to the specialized role. Ranji Trophy captain Siddhesh Lad has stated that Jaiswal is making sincere efforts to improve his wicket-keeping abilities, with aspirations of keeping wickets for either Mumbai or the Indian team in the future. However, former India opener and Mumbai batting icon Jaffer, aged 24, has raised eyebrows at Jaiswal's decision, questioning whether he possesses the necessary foundation to adapt to the demanding wicket-keeping role without a background in it since childhood. Jaffer also pointed out the competitive field of wicket-keepers, listing Ishan Kishan, Sanju Samson, and Rishabh Pant as noteworthy names already in the space. Jaffer urged Jaiswal to prioritize his batting skills, urging that the young player concentrate on his performance ahead of the upcoming Indian tour to New Zealand.",
