"account": "Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed the U.S. move to permit the sale of Russian diesel fuel on the global market, asserting that it will not lead to peace or any positive outcome for the civilized world. According to Zelenskyy, the gifts to Russian President Putin will only fuel more terror and deceit. He emphasized that permitting Russia to sell petroleum products is an investment in a war that should be brought to an end, not extended.\n\nZelenskyy stated that Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries and other oil facilities are a retaliation against Russia's prolonged campaign of terror against Ukraine's energy sector. He proposed a reciprocal de-escalation agreement to the United States, noting that the American side is aware of this stance. Ukraine has expressed its willingness to cease attacking Russian oil refineries if Russia stops destroying Ukraine's energy infrastructure.\n\nThe Ukrainian leader also expressed hope for a strong dialogue between the United States and Russia, emphasizing that the dialogue should not be weak.",
