"account": "Sunderland manager Regis Le Bris has called on football authorities to be \"relentless\" in pursuing Manchester City over their 114/115 Premier League financial rule breaches. The independent commission found City guilty, but they are appealing the verdict, raising concerns about the potential impact on the Premier League's credibility. Le Bris stressed that authorities must ensure appropriate consequences for rule breaches, as a level playing field is crucial to the league's value. \"The relevant authorities have to be relentless, otherwise you lose the value of your competition,\" he said. Sunderland manager Le Bris admitted the allegations against City had sparked discussions among senior officials, emphasizing that respecting rules is key for fair competition. The outcome of City's appeal could have significant implications, with Nottingham Forest manager Oliver Glasner also calling for a swift resolution to preserve the league's integrity and prevent supporters from leaving.",
