"account": "An 84-year-old resident of an elderly care home in Permatang Tinggi, near Bukit Mertajam, was injured today when a crane toppled and crashed onto the roof of the facility's dormitory. The victim suffered a head injury and was promptly taken to the hospital for treatment by personnel from the Health Ministry. Fortunately, the incident left 48 other residents and staff members unharmed. The Penang Fire and Rescue Department was alerted to the emergency at 12:38pm and dispatched a team from the Bukit Mertajam Fire and Rescue Station to the scene. Initial investigations revealed that the crane had been improperly positioned on uneven ground, leading to its instability and subsequent overturning. Firefighters established barriers around the affected area to ensure public safety and maintain the restricted zone. The rescue operation was completed by 1:45pm.",
