"account": "The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has named Ajinkya Shinde as their designated leader to spearhead a protest at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, following the arrest of founder Abhijeet Dipke, along with Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka, at the airport. Dipke had pre-recorded a video on Friday night, anticipating a potential arrest before the planned demonstration scheduled for October 10, aimed at the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Until Dipke, Saurav Das, and Ashutosh Ranka remain detained, Shinde will assume the role of leading the protest at Jantar Mantar. The CJP's protest faced significant resistance from Delhi Police, who denied permission to the demonstration, citing law and order concerns and potential inconvenience to residents. Security measures were heightened across the city, with at least 1,500 individuals detained under Section 65 of the Delhi Police Act. Traffic restrictions were imposed from 6 am, leading to diversions and increased police presence at key intersections. The Delhi Traffic Police warned of potential disruptions, including around Connaught Place, Mandi House, Jantar Mantar, Patel Chowk, and other central Delhi locations. Authorities stated that the party's notification was not a valid application for permission, requiring a submission of at least 10 days in advance.",
