"account": "The chairman of the Advisory Committee on Mental Health, Lam Ching-choi, has urged parents to ensure children engage in safe and nurturing physical activities. This recommendation followed the viral online video of a ten-year-old girl carrying beer packs at Fu Tai Estate in Tuen Mun, with her father standing nearby. Her parents, arrested on Wednesday for suspected ill-treatment or neglect by child welfare authorities, later claimed they were training their daughter. Lam emphasized the importance of environment in physical activities, stating that while exercise is beneficial for children, it should not occur in intimidating or oppressive settings. He pointed out that encouraging children to exercise is advantageous to their physical and mental health, but a loving and accepting environment is crucial. A multi-disciplinary case conference, involving professionals like doctors and social workers, will soon convene to discuss the girl and her two siblings, providing guidance to the Social Welfare Department on their best interests.",
