"summary": "The UAE and Saudi Arabia have both taken legal action against an individual who posted content on social media that included the bullying of a child with disabilities. The UAE's National Media Authority, in coordination with the social media platform, has taken action against the account and the content's publisher, and has notified authorities to pursue legal measures. The child's father had also appealed to Saudi Arabia's authorities to investigate the incident and ensure justice for his son under the country's Child Protection Law. Both countries have robust legal frameworks to protect children, combat cyberbullying, and address online abuse. The UAE's Wadeema's Law and cybercrime law provide protection against abuse, while Saudi Arabia's Child Protection Law outlines procedures for handling such incidents.",
