"account": "On October 9, Tulare Western's high school football team maintained their perfect record of 7-0 after a thrilling 34-28 victory over Redwood, who entered the game undefeated at 6-1. With 11 seconds left in the fourth quarter, Redwood quarterback Nash McElree's pass to Exavier Jackson gained only 13 yards, allowing Tulare Western to secure the win. Junior quarterback Juju Hernandez led the Mustangs with 236 passing yards and two touchdowns, including a 13-yard run and a 56-yard scramble. Tulare Western's defense held firm, forcing two turnovers and recovering a fumble. Junior kicker Izaac Pineda made his debut, successfully lining-driving the opening kickoff and scoring Tulare Western's first touchdown. Wide receiver Amarion Taylor was a standout performer, catching four passes for 81 yards, including two game-winning touchdown catches on fourth down. Tulare Western's head coach Derek Rosa praised his team's resilience and determination, stating that they had been doubted but proved their doubters wrong with a gritty performance. The Mustangs now lead the East Yosemite League standings as the only unbeaten team in Tulare County for the 2026 season.",
