"account": "The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) has released comprehensive guidelines for its scheduled protest at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on October 10. The demonstration targets Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls and his perceived poor governance. The CJP has emphasized maintaining strict peace, avoiding violence, weapons, and obstructive actions. Groups are urged to stay with their designated groups, identify meeting points, and carry necessary identification, medications, and charged phones. If tensions escalate, protesters must move away, alert CJP coordinators, and assist vulnerable individuals to safety. The CJP also advised verifying information, staying united, and respecting emergency routes for police and ambulance access.",
