"account": "A woman was hospitalized after reportedly falling from an HDB block in Sengkang, Singapore, on Thursday, October 8. According to a Facebook post by the Complaint Singapore account, the domestic helper was seen lying motionless on the ground, surrounded by four Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) personnel. The post cautioned against domestic helpers cleaning windows with the grille open. The SCDF received a call for assistance at Block 121A Rivervale Drive around 10:30 am and transported the woman to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. Netizens urged domestic workers to prioritize their safety and not take risks while cleaning windows. Employers must adhere to the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, which requires them to provide a safe working environment for their helpers or face penalties.",
