"account": "India's head coach Gautam Gambhir did not blame the toss, rain or a missed catch after India's T20I defeat to West Indies in Ranchi. The team lost the toss and India's batting failed to defend a total of 249, while the West Indies chased down the target in just 18.3 overs. Shai Hope scored an unbeaten 102 and Sherfane Rutherford contributed 84. Gambhir emphasized that India needed to accept responsibility for the defeat and find ways to stop opponents from chasing big totals, even on flat pitches with dew. He stressed that the team needed to prevent opponents from chasing big totals, especially when they lose the toss. Gambhir backed Mayank Yadav's fast bowling, but rejected the opening over as a decisive factor, stating that games are won or lost through consistent performance over the course of 40 overs.",
"summary": "The West Indies chased down a target of 250 in just 18.3 overs to register their highest successful T20I chase against India and level the five-match series 1-1. Shai Hope scored an unbeaten 102, while Sherfane Rutherford made 84 to lead the visitors to victory.",
