"summary": "US President Donald Trump criticized the Norwegian Nobel Committee after the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to Navanethem \"Navi\" Pillay. At a rally in New York, Trump called the decision an \"indelible stain on Norway\" and claimed the prize was now discredited.\n\nTrump also expressed frustration at being passed over, claiming he had resolved major global conflicts. According to Trump, he had \"settled eight wars\" although some of these claims have been disputed. The Korea Times reported that some of the conflicts Trump claimed to have resolved were merely tensions.\n\nTrump said he knew \"nothing about this woman\", Navi Pillay, a former UN human rights chief and International Criminal Court judge. The BBC World reported that Trump told a rally he had \"never heard of\" Pillay, who was awarded the prize for her work on justice and accountability for war crimes and genocide.",
