"account": "U.S. President Donald Trump is in discussions with Russian President Vladimir Putin to release Russian diesel supplies into global markets, potentially easing years of sanctions and helping to alleviate soaring fuel prices ahead of the U.S. midterm elections in November. The White House has announced initial shipments totaling about 13.5 million barrels, with Trump expressing gratitude for Putin's contribution. However, the move has drawn criticism from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who decried the deal as an investment in a war that should be ended.",
