"account": "Navi Pillay, a former judge at the International Criminal Court (ICC), was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday for her commitment to promoting peace and upholding international law. The 85-year-old South African judge played a significant role in convicting Israel of genocide in Gaza, a report that was dismissed by the Israeli government as \"scandalous.\" The Nobel Committee highlighted the importance of maintaining an organized international order and the pressure the system of international law is under, with institutions under attack. Pillay, who previously served as UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, accepted the prize while attending a legal conference in Nuremberg, Germany, where the first international criminal tribunal was established. She dedicated the award to survivors of international crimes and the defenders of international justice, emphasizing the need for the rule of law and accountability.",
