"account": "Microsoft is reducing the shared OneDrive storage capacity for certain 365 subscribers, potentially taking away up to 4 TB for Family and Premium plans and 1 TB for Pro plans. Previously, these plans provided 1 TB per user with a maximum of six users (6 TB total), but the new shared storage model will allocate 2 TB for Family and Premium, and 5 TB for Pro, with a six-user limit. This means existing subscribers will see a reduction in total storage space when their plans renew on or after May 2, 2027. Microsoft claims the change aims to provide more flexibility, allowing users to use the full shared storage if their subscription is not shared. However, many existing customers are unhappy with the move, with discussions on Reddit indicating they may cancel their subscriptions to avoid the storage reduction. Microsoft has included instructions on how to cancel subscriptions on the support page for the change.",
