"account": "Golfing legend Graham Marsh, who turned 82 this year, has spent much of his career building golf courses around the world, including 65 projects since 1986. This week, he returned to his birthplace, Kalgoorlie, for the WA PGA Championship, where he won in 1978. Marsh's legacy in the outback town is the Kalgoorlie Golf Course, an 18-hole course that opened in 2010 at a cost of $18.5 million, with criticism over the financial burden on ratepayers. Despite challenges, including a former rubbish tip-turned-driving range, the course has been praised for its unique design and role in boosting tourism. Marsh hopes to overcome issues like water shortages and lack of accommodation, and the course continues to be a hub for junior players and golf enthusiasts.",
